On February 23, 2006, Joey Dee & the Starliters appeared at Storman's Nightclub in Clearwater, Florida as part of the 3rd annual Wind Beneath My Wings fundraiser for the American Cancer Society in memory of Joey's wife, Lois Lee. Joey Dee's concerts are always a family affair, with Joey's son Ronnie Dee
(shown below on saxophone) and daughter Jamie Lee (belting out her rendition of "Be My Baby") joining their dad onstage for
several numbers. The Starliters are comprised of Joey Dee, David Brigati (original Starliter and brother of the Rascals'
Eddie Brigati), and Bobby Valli (Frankie's brother).
