Like
most of us, Andy Kim was enormously saddened when he learned of the powerful 7.0-magnitude earthquake that struck the nation of Haiti
on January 12, 2010. In collaboration with E1 Music, Andy has put together a video slideshow on YouTube featuring photos
from the devastation in Haiti, accompanied by the powerful track "Love Is." E1 Music is donating their YouTube royalty
share to the Red Cross. The "Love is" Haiti video tribute is above (or you can click here to view it directly on YouTube if you prefer, so that you can rate the video and leave a comment).
Please
consider making a monetary donation to the American Red Cross to assist in their efforts. Just a $10.00 donation (the
approximate cost of two fast-food meals) will add up into tens of thousands of dollars as more and more people donate.
You can donate this amount easily by texting the word Haiti to 90999 - $10.00 will be added to
your cell phone bill - or by visiting the American Red Cross website.
Check
out the above video slideshow (conceived and created by 12-year-old Katie in England!) featuring photos from an organization
called Project Primrose, which gives assistance to children who are ill with AIDS or cancer, or
who come from abusive environments. The audio is the track "Love Is" from Andy Kim's new CD. To learn more about Project Primrose, please click the link.
